This is a collectible Hallmark Ornament and is part of the USPS celebrate the century collection. This is an authentic reproduction of the Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat postage stamp. The stamp is made of ceramic and it has a metal frame along the outside and is etched with this sentence “ We looked! Then we saw him step in on the mat! We looked! And we saw him! The cat in the hat! This ornament comes with the original box. This is in good condition with some slight wear on the metal part. Please see all pics. This measures at about 2 3/8” H x 2 3/8” W.
